"Dresscode" for the Festival???

Weird... that's what I almost always wear to shindigs like this... I guess I just never took it as "typical Hollywood club attire"

I didn't realize that what I had slated to wear was the "typical Hollywood club attire" since I don't frequent the Hollywood club scene (seeing as how I don't live down there). I guess I'll fit right in, then.
 
Brandon and Penguin.... the combined cost of jeans and shirt can be no less than $350 to be considered "Hollywood club attire". If the jeans are less than $200, then no dice. Nice jeans should not be confused with "fresh off the ranch Wranglers". The doormen know the difference.

Also, the holes need to be created during the production of the jeans, not due to any form of manual labor.

For t-shirts, only real Affliction shirts count, no $12 Target knockoffs.

This is the town that B-listers and NBA stars dont get into clubs.

Thing is, just hop over the hills into Pasadena and you cant get into any clubs with "Hollywood attire". Stuck up Pasadenanians.

And BTW, I dont say what I did in the above post to sound like a label whore, it's just true.
 
Haha, Gage, a quick stop at Armani Exchange, True Religion, Rock and Republic. Hitting 300 for a nice jean is easy. Affliction also has nice shirts and denim. A nice blazer to top it off. haha
 
Matty represent. Sad thing is I remember when I went from 501s to Abercrombie. My first pair of $70 jeans hurt. That's nothing compared to what I've spent since.
 
Of course, you can also scoot around and hit up American Eagle, H&M, Apartment 9...and still get a great look sans brand.
 
My problem is that I've put on 50 lbs in 9 months - I've gone from a 29 to a 36. So now the 16 pairs of expensive jeans I own dont fit and I only have Target's until I get the weight back down. :(
 
I am pushing up a little weight myself. Need to start working out again. I used to hate wearing jeans...hated it. Then I got a pair at JC Penny, the standard light wash and dark wash carpenters. And then I started wearing them more often and realized I looked like a dork. So I since got rid of those, have a few pair from american eagle, which do make a nice jean. I don't have the cash to drop on really expensive stuff. But t's from armani exchange and apartment 9 look great too on a budget. And American eagle gets you by decently.
 
Meaning I'm lost about the clothing stuff... I know some jeans are more expensive, but I've never heard of half the places you and Mattykins are talking about...
