Downloading to hardrive: 2 Questions

Hey guys,

when I download my P2 files over firewire onto my external hardrive - how do I get out of the last screen on my HVX menu? I always turn the camera off to get back to normal. That can't be right.

Second question:
Can I use the camera to view the clips on the harddrive?
