That was my favorite commercial for the Superbowl. Congrats. It was simply hilarious!
 
Read about this in the paper this morning. It got a big laugh at the Super Bowl party I was at. Congrats, 5 star.
 
Congrats MAN!!!!! I was psyched to see two of them play on the superbowl. Urs and Checkout girl. I only watched the SB for the commercials....tehee
 
Man I just so this on the forum, I didn't know it was independently made - and by someone on the boards!

The group we were with saw this commercial and everyone cracked up. One of the best! I would have never guessed someone on here did it!

this actually makes sense that someone on this forum created this. I would believe that if there is a cream of the crop on the web of independently made digital video productions, it would be DVXUser.
 
forgive the slight hijack (it is done in tribute)

i've always thought "30 sec commercial" would be a great dvxuser contest theme (forgive me if it's been done. My activity on the board is enthusiastic but intermittent). maybe with make believe products --a chip/beer/car/internet/whatever company -- to avoid copyright issues.

only problem is that there is already no way to top this dude's achievement ... but anyway, this could be a really fun (and marketable) contest theme.

and back to the subject... again congrats on a one-in-a-million success story.

great commercial, but i don't remember seeing this during the superbowl, i saw they showed the check out girl one and said that was the winner, what was up with that?
