How do you do the disappearing effect? For example:a shot inside of a fridge and seeing the food disappearing/fading. I need to know how to do this.

It's done in post. You lock down the shot on a tripod, shoot it with all the stuff in the fridge, then stop recording. Then remove some stuff from the fridge and shoot again. Then, in post, you'll crossfade between those two shots, and the stuff will fade out/disappear.

you can also use a motion controled jib and shoot it twice!
