I don't want to sling any mud on either side here but I've done millions in sales and payments on eBay over several companies. Plenty of incoming transactions go on hold for Paypal verification but sit there for slightly over a day at max. A week and a half just isn't happening, especially for a battery which is what, a few hundred dollars depending on what it is?
