Dolly and jib performance?

How do these cameras perform with dolly and jib shots? In other words, how do you best work with shots like these?

I know that these cameras don't work very well with quick pans. But what about dolly shots? How fast can you move before you begin to see a jello effect?

As for working with a jib. The shallow depth of field must be a bit of a problem since you can't focus while the camera is up in the air. I assume you just need to set a focus and go with that.

Does anyone have any examples of fast dolly or jib shots done with these caemras?

You can widen your dof with closing down your iris, so your not stuck with 1 inch of focus.
If you have money, you can focus while in the air with remote controled follow focus, or if your realy bored, take apart a RC car and mount a drive wheel beside your focus ring, Foward and Reverse is all you need. Infact I might just try that jsut for kicks.
