1080p seems terrible for IQ on rhe 6300
It's actually a little softer than the a6000I don't think it's worse than the 1080p of the a6000, for example, but yes, it's not as good as the a7S either.
I ran the a6300 for over an hour in HD and it didn't overheat. Indoors around 75 degrees. Can't find info on this. Confirmed for 4k, what about 1080p? For up to an hours worth of shooting?
GH3 and GH4 look bad over ISO 800. The a6300 will perform much better. AF is the best Sony has right now. Continuous AF with wide setting works pretty well.more concerned about low light capabilities. I want to replace my GH3's. ugh or use one with the auto focus on my glidecam,.

But it has less aliasing/moire issues than the a6000, right? I'm waiting for slashcam.de to test one to get a full idea about this. It's actually a little softer than the a6000
I don't recall seeing the AF points dancing around in video mode like when in stills. If it was focusing like that I think the image would look bad like mini hunting. The a6000 in continuous autofocus has this micro adjusting thing in video and it kills the image if the camera is locked down like in an interview.Erik I've asked this question in a couple of other post too. May be you can help? Do you see the small green DPAF point at all on the area in focus while shooting in video mode?
