Does t2i have built in light meter? iso question.

Just wondering if the t2i has a built in light meter to see a recommended fstop. Also what is a good iso for video? I know with film 500 is considered pretty grainy. Is say 500t in motion film give the same image as 500 for photography. Just looking for a relationship to help understand things better.
