T2i DIY Shoulder/Face Rig Help!!!

Hello guys, I have a college project due in 5 weeks and I have a good idea, but im going to need some type of shoulder/face rig to where the camera will be positioned right in front of my face, for a 1st person pov. Im pretty sure that i can be done because i have seen it done, but I have no idea as to how to go about buiding or where to start. ANY and ALL help will be greatly appreciated....

It has a strap and allows hands free use. Basically locks onto your body and stays there

Thanks, this is a start, but I need to be able to have both hands free while the camera is stable in front of my face. Im trying to pull off the effect of the camera being actually my eyes...

What you want is a POV rig. There is a thread here on it, I think, but google DSLR point of view rig. It's like a football helmet with a DSLR mounted to the front of it with an extreme wide angle lens to best replicate the human eye.

Then just build it...looks very easy to do. Go to GoodWill and pick up the helmut and then HomeDepot for the rest, shouldn't take more than a few hours.
