I'm trying to wrap my head around using the C 300 for run and gun inside and outside. I'm interested in the the Zacuto Recoil rig to get the camera on my shoulder. I'm not crazy about the Zacuto EVF with no color peaking for focus.
I may be missing something but it seems that if you eliminate the handle on the C 300 it will drop the monitor unit lower. If you attached a 4 inch Diopter type device to the screen it seems that this would be a good fit. You would then have ALL the info ( color peaking , audio meters etc along with a higher res monitor. Someone should make this right...thoughts?
