Determining a parfocal lens? for GH2?

Hey,

So I want to test out a couple shot techniques for fun the dolly zoom and pop shot, but I only own prime lenses. I've been searching for a zoom parfocal but from what I understand the zooms that I could afford are mostly varifocal lenses. My budget is currently up to $500. I'd prefer to pay something less than $200 and buy a better lens when I have more funds though.

Apparently most pre-auto focus lenses were parfocal so could you recommend which ones to look out for. Can you determine if its parfocal from its serial number or another way? I'm aware of the c-mount zooms but I was hoping someone knew of some vintage slr lenses, like some nikkors or rokkors because that's my primes.

Thanks

Cool, thanks. Came into a little financial trouble so I ended up dipping into the camera funds. Gonna have to rethink the c-mount possibility cause I saw some canon's and toyo's for under 50. Reason I was trying to avoid them was because of the vignetting and the modification to get the infinity. But since they're just something to test and practice with I don't mind anymore.

I tried searching for ways to modify for the cmount adapter but to no avail. Know where to look on the web or what to do to in order to be able to focus to infinity?

for c-mount search 2x focal extender (lens will be 2x by distances 12-60 became 24-120, and that in 35mm equivalent on GH will be as 48-240 ...) - that helps to avoid of vignetting
