**9/24 Update, full demo now up. Same link as below.

Recently we started looking for a wireless solution to be able to monitor the C100 remotely and wirelessly. After looking at different options ie. Paralinx, Teradek, and being indie-filmmakers with limited budgets, we decided on the Nyrius Aries Pro . We have been using it on several projects with some great success and have created a video showing how we use it everyday. Below is a short preview, the full demo will be up early next week. I hope this is helpful for someone looking to do the same thing.
Cheers!

I've been tossing up between the Nyrius and Teradek Clip. Both fairly different, I know, but similar end result.

How do you power yours?

I power the the transmitter and receiver with these little guys. A little velcro and they are secured on the C100 and monitor. However, when the camera is on the Ronin, the transmitter grabs it's power from the usb port supplied on the gimbal.

I just bought the Nyrius last week and still try to figure out how to set it up on the C100. Using the angled HDMI connector with the transmitter directly attached is an interesting idea, but it looks like one could easily damage the HDMI...?<br>Thanks for the link to the batteries , fortunately they´re also available in my country. Can the receiver be powered via its USB port or do I need a USB to power-jack adapter?

You can plug in a regular HDMI cable into the C100, and then use a female/female adapter to connect to the Nyrius transmitter. That way you could strap it to the top of the handle or elsewhere, without worrying about damaging the C100's HDMI port.

Also just about any USB battery will power the transmitter - I used one from the airport last week, it was only 2600mah (for the same price as the 6000mah on amazon), but worked in a pinch, for a few hours of power. If you want to power the receiver with a USB battery too, you have to get a DC-USB cable like the one Paralinx makes: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1010823-REG/paralinx_rxp_arrow_receiver_power_cable.html

One other thing: Has one of you found a generic USB to DC power jack cable for the receiver ?
The one from Paralinx is hard to get a hold of where I live and I hope to just get a generic one from Amazon or Ebay... Thanks!
