Deleting Redundant, Locked P2 Volumes OSX

Let's say I accidentally imported a couple P2 volumes twice and have two folders on the desktop containing the redundant files ("CONTENTS" folder and "lastclip.txt"). How do I go about getting rid of them? The thousands of files contained in the folders are all individually locked and are making a nightmare out of the "Empty Trash" option. The folders are now partially deleted and useless so i just want to get rid of the files.

OSX's Automated Workflow does not include a "Uncheck Locked File" option.

My only real option now is to "Get Info" for each individual file, unlock the file and then delete it...not even really an option due to tedium as nauseaum (there are a couple hundred clips)

Any suggestions?

You can highlight a group of files by command clicking, then control click to reveal the info pane and unlock the entire group.

Put in trash. Hold down option key and select Empty trash from Finder menu. Holding down the option key is an override to the "file locked" message.

That's it. Just be sure, because then its gone.
