I have the SLR Magic 35mm/T1.4 prime which features click-less aperture and gears for both aperture and focus. Its fairly inexpensive (around $350 new) and available in a few mounts (I have the MFT mount). Its a decent lens for low light work, but definitely has a "look" to it and flares easily when wide open.

Jim Simon, Your expectations will ensure you will never be happy because what you keep asking for in a lens over multiple threads doesn't exist and won't ever exist.
A Fast, Iris aperture, parfocal, zoom lens with IS will never happen for under $2K or even $4K
The closest you will get is the GL rehouse 18-35 t1.8 but that will clock in around $3K with a group buy and has a very small zoom range.
