Decent eos to m43 adaptor?

Coming from a Pentax background I'm far from a Canon expert.

That adapter can't control the aperture of the lens. As a result you'll be shooting wide open with any lens that doesn't have an aperture ring.
From what I know of Canon kit that's the vast majority of EOS lenses.

hi ade4all if you haven't made your purchase yet you should check this guy out....

http://shop.ebay.co.uk/eddiehouston1545/m.html

i spoke to him in person a while back and he was telling me the difference between the adapters on ebay and his adapters on ebay, image quality can be lost by the glass used in cheaper adapter, his adapters use real photographic grade glass so minimal quality loss if any, he used to work for canon so knows a thing or to about lenses.

i bought a fully refurbished 55mm f1.2 FD lens from him a few months back, the lens is like new!

he gave me a sound bit of advice also... if you buy cheap you end up buying twice!
his prices are not that much higher than "so called "good quality" used lenses yet as his are totally re-furbished and like new i totally agree with spending a little extra and getting a lens that wont need a service as soon as you get it.

hi, yes am aware the apaptor leaves me shooting wide open, just need it for low light scenarios where my tamron 17-50mm 2.8 I normally use on canon 550d will be better suited than the 14-140mm lumix & more flexible than my fd prime lenses on gh1.3
terra1 - have been recommended lens doctor for refurbed fd lenses before, seems like a good fella to get quality lenses from, but the link you gave is for efs to fd adaptor which i believe does use glass - the adaptor i was asking about is for mounting to the m43 gh1 which does not need glass.
anyway i went with this one below, not recieved it yet but will report back if its worth using

oops sorry man i automatically/mistakenly thought the one you needed was the one with the optical glass, apologies.

yeah the lens doctor's a good seller for picking up older lenses. the adapter you ordered looks good to me! my 2nd FD to 4/3 adapter has a tiny bit of play but alot less than my first one i panned off to my brother

no worries fella, ive got the ceicio7 fd to m43 adaptor & it doesnt seem to have any noticeable play in it
