I feel that way... only sometimes.

I knew this one would push the limits - rough cut was around 6:40 including opening sequence.

Locked cut is 5:59 and 24 frames including 6 seconds and 16 frames for credits. Still lots and lots to do. But I have the basic cut in place.

Ive really pushed this one on style - we'll see what the jury think about all that come voting time.

Cheers Elton

Herman has the completed cut with dialogue sans almost all other audio, a bunch of notes etc.

Good to hear you're on top of things. We like to sweat it out to the last minute and have min-heat attacks when we're done. Sorry 'bout the rain.

Well I just returned to the scene of last Sundays shoot. Im figuring that where we were shooting ended up almost a metre deep or 3.28 feet for those in the US. Got some pics Ill add later.

Well Ive been hard at the last few days. Finally I can see the light at the end of the tunnel, its good to know we are going to make with a few days to spare. I wasted 2 1/2 hours today because I had one tiny little setting wrong in AE :S On and up.

Almost finished with the audio. The last piece of the puzzle. Got the score from Herman today. I gave Herman a brief, sent him the cut. Im just curious as to how he completely exceeds my expectations every time. How talented he is.

Upload complete! Youde think I can relax now, but I have two client edits that need urgent completion....

Glad to see you have your priorities straight.

DVX first....then the clients!

Like my Grandpa used to say, "This business would be great if it wasn't for the clients."
