Cycling Documentary Trailer on 7D

Recently finished up a teaser for a documentary I'll be shooting about my friend's cycling journey across America this summer. Shot it on the 7D with an 18-55 and 70-300mm lenses.

I'm currently working out the logistics of shooting a documentary while not being able to make the trek across the country with him. Considering purchasing a GoPro for Doug to carry, and flying/driving out to capture as many weekends as possible. If anyone has any other suggestions on how to shoot a documentary this way, please share!

Any feedback on the teaser is certainly appreciated!

Doug's Story:
Doug was involved in a hit and run accident in May 2006 and spent 14 days in a coma. While he has made a full recovery and is making the absolute most out of his life now, he realizes that he is lucky and intends to spread awareness about traumatic brain injuries, and inspire TBI patients to make the most out of their prognosis.

Since this is such a cool opportunity to film a really great documentary, I think you need to somehow find a way (or find someone that can) join him on this journey.
