"Cuts" a short about emo cutting

Below is just what i said on my myspace, so just take what applies here and... yeah...


Whenever theres a boring day, i try my best to make some sort of short film to fill my time. Today, we bring you a short film about a girl who cuts herself. We hope this helps illustrate xpc's stance on emo self mutilation :) Yes, were sure a few friend on our list who consider themselves "emo" are doing to DELETE us from being thier friend, but please keep in mind that this is supposed to have some spice of humor in it. Of course if you really cut yourself it is a problem that ANY OF THE XPC NERDS would want to help you with and look apon seriously. And OBVIOUSLY we wouldent do to a real cutter what we do to this one. ;)





Having said that, its named "cuts" obviously because the girl is cutting, but also because we are cutting... wayyyy to much in editing. lol watch the .2 second long scenes.

lol, that was my buddy patrick, notice how the end made... no sense at all. lol. First she's beat then cut? yeah... but thanks for the feedback guys. lol
 
thanks man. I really find emo people annoying, guys especially. Some of the chicks have that "kinky" hot look about em, but if they act like the girl in my film, its no deal. hah

its funny how the meaning and what is associated with the word "emo" has changed over the last 10 years.
 
hahahah, that was a riot. Although I must admit to wearing very tight pants sometimes, but that's my 8 years of rollerblading talking. (I'm actually very big on classic rock, classical orchestral, alternative stuff, and basically just anything old. I can't stand these new emo/screamo/hardcore/whatever the crap they call music these days).

If you're referring to the whole "scene" trend, then I must say that I can't stand both males and females who get wrapped up in that. Almost all of the people I've met who dress and act "scene" (yeah, it's stupid to say that) are very rude, obnoxious and inconsiderate pricks. They carry this horrible attitude with them that needs to be slapped out of them.

nah dude, i hate "Scene" kids. lol. Im just saying i like the look, but hate how they act. And yeah, the word "emo" has progressed.. into something LAME thanks to today's current bands. I would consider real emo music along the lines of fugazi, which is stuff i ENJOY. all this new **** and "scenesters" that are popping up are lame. Like my friend said, back in the day if you went to a "hard core" show you would see tuff guys and no females, now its females with "bleeding mascara" and men wearning makeup and tight pants.

*however i sometimes wear tight pants, like someone else said, its sorta a skateboarder/blader thing. Or atleast was at one time...

tight pants are kinda in style now anyways.
but not SUPER tight like scene kids. I remember a few years ago when scenester pants were the same tight-ness of today's trendy tight-ness. it's like as tighter pants became cooler, the scene kids had to step it up a notch.
