Custom Presets on SD card not recognized

I've had myXH-A1 for 2 years and I had my custom presets on an SD card and it worked fine. I recently erased the SD card folder with the presets on it. I made a new folder that said PRESET (this exactly, not PRESETS or Preset) but the camera does not seem to recognize the card.

I'm wondering, if I have more than 18 presets on the SD card will the camera fail to recognize any of the presets?

Am I doing anything wrong? I've checked the manual again and again.

Any help here appreciated. If somebody could walk me through it I would be even more grateful!
 
Did you initalize the card with the camera or computer? I think it has to be camera initialized to recognize the files. It can read up to 20 presets.
 
Thanks jleo! I think that might do it! I'll give it a try today. I do remember taking that step the last time I got it to work.
