Custom Preset won't turn on

Hey guys, I just got my A1 yesterday and have been tinkering with the custom presets but when I try to turn them on it just blinks CP OFF. I'm sure I am just doing something dumb but I cannot figure out how to enable them. Any advice would be appreciated.
 
Are you pushing Custom Preset Select? There are two buttons under Custom Preset, one is On/Off, the other Select. On and off will toggle it, as you might guess, on and off. But, you need to first select CP1, or CP2, CP3, etc.
