Many people recommend leaving High ISO speed noise reduction disabled for video.
According to Canon this setting also affects low ISO's as well.
But even with it set to standard I notice some noise in shadow areas when shooting at ISO 320 on my 7D.
Has anyone done tests with this at different settings to see if stronger settings adversely affect image sharpness?
