Hi Guy

I edited on Premiere Pro 6 and After effect output to Black Magic decklink mini monitor card .
HD to SD convert with BM dest top video software . This monitor has blue check ,under scan, and more Broadcast setting .

A friend of mind said I should get a Led 32" TV with 120Hz to color on , what you guy think and anyone know a good led 120 Hz TV ? .

Your friend is giving you questionable advice. While it's possible to color grade on a HDTV, it has to be an HDTV that can be fully calibrated, as in an ISFccc certified HDTV. Then, you have to actually calibrate the hardware. If you don't have the training and the equipment, you'll need to hire a pro. But if you'll calibrate it, you'll have an HDTV that's got a solid linear gray axis (black to white) and hits the gamut of REC.709 as close as the hardware will allow (some TVs just don't calibrate all that well, which is the cost of making low cost consumer electronics). IOW, you'll have an HDTV that sits right in the middle of REC.709 which is the best you can do.

But an HDTV won't give you any color correction help. No waveform monitor, no vectorscope, no RGB parade, etc. If you want to be sure you're making an image that will display properly on an HDTV, you'll need these tools. You can buy them separately or...

My advice is to buy yourself a decent production monitor. One that has the tools listed above and more. Flanders Scientific makes some entry level production monitors. Panny does, JVC does, etc. Get one that you can use during capture -- one that your camera can run. Mount it on a C-stand next to your camera and if you pay any attention at all, your lighting and captures will improve too.
