C300: crm iRAW n FCPX or Resolve

Yes, I am the guy who said he probably newer will shoot raw when he ordered the C300ii.
What do I care about my prattling from yesterday? I shot my second real job in RAW :cheesy:

When I import the crm files FCPX sees the RAW as clog2 and it looks almost the same as XF-AVC beside it’s 12bit vs 10bit of the XF-AVC. Is that right? Is there a benefit from using Resolve?

(sorry for the typo in the headline, I cannot fix it anymore)

If you're asking about a visual difference, most people won't see one (at least in that camera).

It's when you start manipulating the picture that you may feel it's more malleable.

C300 Mark III's XF-AVC is also very high-quality...would see more of a difference with something more compressed with less information.

Resolve sees the files without problems and plays them back really well providing your machine is relatively up to date. And you also have the full range of adjustments.
