Craigslist...could be fun...

If you combined the drama of “E! True Hollywood Story”, the comedy of “Curb Your Enthusiasm” and intensity of “The Dog Whisper”, you may begin to get a glimpse of what kind of production I have in mine.

i think we all have in "mine" how this production will actually turn out.

CAMERA PERSON WANTED FOR DOCUMENTARY STYLE PRODUCTION (SAN DIEGO)

Date: 2009-11-21, 6:17PM PST

Dear Applicants,

I am very interested in having someone film me for an upcoming documentary. I am what some people would consider to be a mini celebrity. I have a pretty well-known underground band called “The Jesus Twins” and I am soon to be a published author. Over the years, I have appeared on several TV and radio shows and over the course of the next 12 months I am planning to do several more. In addition, I am also the owner of 3 awesome pit bulls and the owner of a successful dog training company called, "Karma Dog Training". I am looking for one or two people who can totally commit their life to this project.

This documentary will be a cross between several genres and themes. If you combined the drama of “E! True Hollywood Story”, the comedy of “Curb Your Enthusiasm” and intensity of “The Dog Whisper”, you may begin to get a glimpse of what kind of production I have in mine.

Applicant must:

a) Have experience and/or passion for filming (i.e Know what the hell you're doing behind the camera - but I will settle for someone who can hold the camera without shaking it when they laugh)

b) Have a great sense of humor (i.e. Basically think that I am funny!)

c) Be lots of fun (i.e. No tight asses please - unless you’re a girl)

d) Love dogs! (My dogs are my life - if you just tolerate dogs, do NOT respond)

e) Be willing to follow me around throughout the day and not make a big deal out of it. (i.e. Have no life but be willing to focus on mine 24/7)

Also, it should be noted that I am looking for a filmmaker who does not have a problem with me owning the master tapes as well as have final approval about editing and post-production decisions. In addition, I am looking for someone who understands that while there is no compensation up front, other than the cost of materials, there is TREMENDOUS upside and financial potential with this particular project.

If interested, please reply with resume and cover letter.

Thank you,

the drama of “E! True Hollywood Story”, the comedy of “Curb Your Enthusiasm” and intensity of “The Dog Whisper”

More like the the drama of working with a diva, the comedy (that you did it for nothing) and the intensity of a dog bite to the jugular.

But I could be wrong...

...i don't know....part of me is almost willing to contact this dude, since he's local...sure, as he states, he'll own the footage, but not before i perform a few edits of my own...i'm more curious than anything if he's as egocentric in person.

haha....he sounds like a douchebag

For those not familiar, the Jesus Twins enjoyed some radio airtime in the 90's as guests on the Howard Stern show. They came in with a cocky "we're the next Beatles" type attitude. There were many in-studio fights and altercations....not a whole lot of good music, though.

I liked some of the songs to be honest.

Those old Stern episodes with the Jesus Twins were some of my favorites.
