nice brandon. I see you have 4 weights....u may def have to invest in that half strut further down the line with the handle kit. I find 4 weights to be ideal for balance. I duno how people do it with 2. you also have my tripod. after a year and some months mine finally gave up and broke. now i'm just gonna buy a good one and I wont have to buy another for the rest of my life. its expensive though :(.

Rig looks good...... But shooting video/films is a lot more than that. Personally some of the greatest footage I have seen of people actually used no rigs, supports or anything...... Just handheld and maybe a small tripod. The vision of someones mind and the way they edit something together ultimately means more. Honestly spending close to $500 for a shoulder rig is something that makes no sense to me.

Well it makes sense to me because I have money to spend :) hahahahahahahaha
 
not that much $$ :)

In any case if he wants a rig and needs one thats his choice isnt it. I know i bought mine not for my dslr alone but for any camera i'm getting in the future.
 
I built mines, and it has a 7in monitor, in-handle follow focus, weights and electronics. I spent about $200 with the monitor. But i want that cpm unit, just seems more solid, and lighter wieght. mines is heavy as hell. lol@ the rick ross line.

Post a picture of your setup! The rig I have has no issues! & yeah Life4eva is always bashing me.
