Is it a true Stoli accent though?
I don't think I could understand it with the Stoli accent based on what I see on Bald and Bankrupt. It was only recently that I learned how Stoli became popular in the States. Trading vodka for Pepsi.

Is it a true Stoli accent though?
That's correct. Back in September, 1978, when we were in a limbo with our exit visa, my mom took me on a vacation trip to Sochi. There, we once went to a restaurant - a rare occurrence for us at that time but we had extra cash - where we ordered a bottle of warm Pepsi. Well, we didn't order it warm. It's just that's how it was served.... It was only recently that I learned how Stoli became popular in the States. Trading vodka for Pepsi.
I live in an area with a large Polish population. All of the local liquor stores carry a Polish drink called Spirytus. It is 190 proof.
I'd love to see what they sell here in the USA. I used to see cabinets full of the real stuff in Poland. For birthdays you'd take bottle caps full while they sang 'sto lat' to you (wishing you 100 years).
There aren't many humans alive who would be able to take an entire shot of it unless it was part of your life for a very long time. (Its strength is part of it, but it's also the taste and what it physically does to you as you swallow it and ingest it.)
Many older people over there would causally drink it at dinner with kielbasa.

Only an experienced prairie-dog piss drinker could make such an assertion.I wouldn’t trade a bottle of warm prairie-dog piss for a cold Pepsi. The prairie-dog piss tastes better... ; )
16:53 GMT - Drink's makers donate alcohol to curb spread of virus
As ethanol demand for sanitisers soars, producers of South Korea’s national drink are donating the alcohol that goes into the drink.
Soju is a distilled spirit with 17 to 20 percent alcohol by volume traditionally based on rise, but now often wheat and potatoes.
"Ethanol demand for disinfection has grown while supply is limited...we have decided to provide it," told Reuters an official of Daesun Distilling, based in the southeastern city of Busan.
To banish the virus, the company has pledged to donate 32 tonnes of ethanol for use in disinfecting buildings and public places in Busan and southeastern Daegu, the city at the centre of South Korea's outbreak.
Whether used for liquor or disinfection, both have the same chemical structure and can break apart the virus particle according to an expert.
Only an experienced prairie-dog piss drinker could make such an assertion.
This is from Al Jazeera, who's quoting Reuters, who's quoting my local bartender.
I assume that, if the virus invades Russia, it'll be quickly defeated.
Also, one of the articles, that was current at the time, said there have been 108 diagnosed cases in the US with 9 deaths(~8.3% mortality rate).
According to the ArcGIS map, it's 153 confirmed cases in the USA, 11 deaths. That's 7.1% mortality. However, that's a VERY VERY small sample size to calculate mortality rate so it's not really even worth thinking about. A lot of those 11 were in King County, WA at one specific nursing home... which caters to an older population (which has much higher mortality).

Basically how to make hand sanitizer with alcohol or vodka...
Do note - they're again recommending the external use of vodka/alcohol rather than its most practical and the one likely to be the most effective.
Side note , the US produces about 16 billion gallons of ethanol annually. (stats from 2018) It might take a presidential order but 16 billion gallons is enough to rub a lot of people the right way.
