C100: Corrupt file after shooting on the C100

I've had this issue twice now, after shooting on the C100, I check the files on my PC, I open the folders to check the footage and I get this PRIVATE/AVCHD/BDMV/USBC█±. There is 1 file showing that is corrupted USBC█±

But the file size is over 3GB. I've had the issue with a SanDisk Extreme SDHC 16GB SD card, it was sent back to SanDisk and replaced, but I got the issue again with the same card and also on a PNY 32GB SD Card. Is anyone having the same issue or does anyone know why this is happening?

Use the Data Transfer program! If you don't have the CD, download from Canon support!

I do use the Data Transfer software, but it wouldn't read the files.

Were you able to retrieve the files, e.g. by using video repair or something like it?

i can advice recuva. it helped me to recover files from a sudden unreadable cf card it had to be reformated in camera (7d) before the computer would accept the card and still recuva managed to recover al clips on the card saving 45min worth of footage.
