GH5 Copying Camera Profile Settings from GH5 to GH5s

I am trying to copy my camera settings form my GH5 across to the GH5s but this does not seem to work: "Connot load this file".

Does this mean I have to set up the camera all again form scratch?

Unfortunately, the GH5S and GH5 settings are not compatible. Let's make some noise on this and hope that Panasonic can address it in a future firmware update.

Don't get it. Why is it so difficult to run through the menus manually and adjust the settings from one camera to the next? Exactly how long might that take?

They are different cameras. Why would you expect them to be the same. that is the whole point . They are different. They have different sensors and all the things that entails. If you want the same buy the same. 2 GH5S for instance if video is your thing. I might add that if you set them up the same they will look different ?
