This question has been asked this question in an earlier thread but it was not really answered in a clear way and it was mixed with posts of the technical aspects of the update.
What are the exact steps needed for us to migrate our account from the old convergent design website to the new website? Apparently several other people are also having issues getting their devices to show up on the new website. I tried my existing username-password combination and it doesn't work. I tried the password recovery option and it did not recognize my email address. I tried using a new username, and just changing the existing password and it didn't worked. I setup a new account with the same password and my Odyssey is not showing up, nor is my FS700 raw codec option?
This is a major issue for many of us.
How about outlining a step-by-step set of instructions on what is needed. That would be most needed, since otherwise many of the current users can't access the new update....thanks in advance.
