I thought it might be useful to share this information. The 7Q uses a Samsung AMOLED panel, sold with Toshiba AT270. The good news is the touchscreen and OLED are all one unit and you don't have to do any crazy separation.
Panel is Samsung AMS767KC04-1
there is a slightly better contrast model that was sold with another tablet that I bought and tried. The glass is not a perfect fit and the panel looked the same side by side.
If you can find a used Toshiba Excite 7.7 AT270 tablet it could be considerably cheaper.
This should fix cracked LCD and any touchscreen problems as they are both one unit. Maybe you just have a heavily scratched screen.
If you can open 7Q to get to the clock battery, you can get the LCD out. It is glued in but I did not need a heat gun just some patience and also I was pulling broken screen out so who cares if you break that one more.
