GH2 Considering the ikan F3 follow focus; what do you think? and what rod system?

I have a GH2 with the 20mm f1.7 and 14-140mm Panasonic lenses (and a Toy Lens). I've heard good things about the F3 follow focus, especially for use with the 20mm pancake. But I have two questions:

1) Who else is using the F3? What do you think of it?

2) I need (and am new at this, so pardon me if I don't use the right terminology) a rod system. I have a tripod I like, but what exactly do I need to buy to support the F3 on that (basic Manfrotto) tripod? Do you have any particular suggestions?

Cheaper than the Ikan.

xenogears, thanks for the recommendation. Have you used the indiFocusZoom with the 20mm pancake? I know many follow focus packages don't work with a lens that close to the camera body.

Also, how would you compare the quality of the IndiFocusZoom to the ikan F3, regardless of price? Both are easily in my price range, so I'm willing to spend more for the ikan if it's better.
