Connecting separate audio on T2i clips

So I recently shot a series on the Canon T2i, and recorded everything on Zoom H4N and H1. Now I have huge video and audio clips lying around. I will be asking someone to sync them up. Is there a way the audio from h4n can be synced to the raw .mov files?

I want to escape the whole timeline issue and ideally would like the raw files to have the synced audio embedded within them so that once I open it up in premiere CS5, everything flies.

thanks

From their site:
System Requirements (Windows)
Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7
Premiere Pro CS4 or CS5
System Requirements (OS X)
OS X 10.5 or later
Premiere Pro CS4 or later

I own and use it all the time in FCP. I have tried the Premiere trial download and never got it to work. I personally can not stand Premiere, but I thought I would try it as a quick DSLR edit solution. I know many people have gotten it to work with Premiere I just could not figure it out.

Quick aside about how awesome this software is. I shot a wedding with an HVX, T2i and 7D. The 7D shooter shot almost 300 clips during the 1 hours 15 minute wedding. PluralEyes was able to sync almost 90 percent of the clips from all three cameras. That would have been weeks of pain staking work. In my mind the only real problem with PluralEye is that I have become insanely lazy with slating and audio. If PluralEyes ever stops working I'll be screwed.

i managed to get it to work on Premiere CS5. The project file needs to be exported in FCP XML format and then imported back. Its working and quite amazed at what it can do. Will be doing a thorough test tonight.
