Connecting Marshall Monitor

I bought a Marshall V-R70P-HDA 7" and i was wondering which connection to use on my A1, the component, or BNC composite, which gives better quality, and am i going to need an adapter to go from the component to the monitor, if so what type of adapter and cable , and where i can find one.

Go component. The camera should have come with a cable. I use both: the component to check focus and to frame the shot for the DP and the bnc composite for the director.
