C100: Confused about C100 and EF-S lenses

I was under the impression that EF-S lens require a dedicated mount regardless of camera. Then I came across a C100 blog where a guy claims he uses his EF-S lenses on his C100. The confusing part is that he also posts photos of his C100 with a big EF (non S) lens.

Can anyone please straighten me out on this? Many thanks.
 
EF and EF-S lenses share the same mount however EF-S lenses won't work on a full frame Canon DSLR (1D, 5D, 6D) due to the mirror.

C100/C300/C500 has no mirror so takes EF-S lenses fine.
