conforming 50fps to 25 in cinema tools

hi folks, I've an issue conforming 50fps to 25 in cinema tools. maybe is the version of the software, 4.01, but I cant do what I usually have done with other versions before.
the conform button is disabled in the clip window, and the batch conform put the archives in the skipped folder. the log says "Skipped -- The movie has temporal compression 20070601-224852w01.mov"
appreciate help with this, or maybe anyone knows other way to do it in mac.

i'm using version 4 and a friend of mine recently updated to 4.01 and he's having the same issue.
