Compressor Issue

[SurJones]

I tihnk my compressor has an issue. When doing QT 7 Download - I get 100kb > 300kb > 40kb > 800kb > and LAN. Looks Pretty sequential till you get the 40kb.. why 40kb?

[David Saraceno]

Mine says the same thing.

They are listed in alphanumeric order, from left to right. So it's correct, if not intuitive.

[SurJones]

Just weird. It to me would have made sense to do a 400kb or a 600kb. Who uses 40kb?

You just won the big stuffed bunny for finding the typo...

????????????????

[David Saraceno]

The typo the typo

It should read 4 hundred, not forty

[SurJones]

But when I do use that option it is @40kb, not 400kb. Why has it not been fixed?

[Alan Dague-Greene]

It is not a typo, more like a relic from the bygone era of web video being extremely tiny, running at 6fps. There are similar settings for the Quicktime 6 entries (in MPEG-4).

It's not a typo?

That's wild.
