I think at 18-19 seconds where the nurse is tending to the wound, that might be too gorey/bloody for the average audience.
 
I really like how you separated the girl in the beginning (with the engineering shirt) from the background. How did you set that up?

It's a dummy so it's not real, thus I don't think it's too "bloody".
 
This is actually pretty good. The shots are well exposed. I would recommend consistency throughout the video as there are many jumps from panning shots to still shots, which unless transitions are applied in between. The music in the video is particularly distracting and does not fit the mood of the video, but everything else is fine. Good job.

I actually had very bad moire from the brick wall that was behind her so I used the RotoBrush in AE to separate her from the background and applied camera blur to kill it. It turned out pretty cool looking though!

Thank you for all of the replies everyone. Great feedback! I think that other commercial was a bit before my time, but good stuff haha!
