I'm pretty sure it should. Have you tried using your system with a ARM BRACE? All of them I think have the opening for then to attach. So I'm assuming it's universal. Anyone have experiencing with this question?

Check out this picture below this is where the comfort arm and vest attachment connects. So if you have this should be no problem.
