Color Profile -- Adobe RGB or S RGB

I know in the 7D you can select between 2 color profiles -- S RGB (Default) or Adobe RGB. I believe this is more related to stills and prints, but for VIDEO, do you guys have a preference for either and if so, why?

I'm thinking I might just switch to Adobe RGB just in case I need to print a photo. Is there any drawbacks to Adobe RGB verses the default S RGB.

Thanks

I don't think the color profile choice has any affect on video or RAW still photos, only JPEG stills.

I believe that Adobe RGB can provide better colors for print, but as most peoples' monitors & printers are calibrated for sRGB, you have to know what you are doing, and be working with properly calibrated equipment, or else you will actually end up with worse color than if you had started with sRGB.

You need to convert the images to sRGB if you are going to be putting them online.
