C100: Color grading C-log

Hi everyone
I was just hoping to get some insight into how other people approach their correcting and grading workflow with C-log. What steps do you take to get the image right where you want it? I have little experience in the area so would love to hear how other people do it.

I start by first adjusting contrast where I want it. Then I adjust colors, and lastly change saturation. Since its only 8 bit 420, there's not a whole lot you can do with it, but tweaking those mentioned areas a bit can really make the footage look great.
