Color balance in an odd room

I have a shoot this weekend that cannot involve lighting. Its a room where the print circuit boards and the light for that process is very specific. I am documenting the process of this being done and i cant disturb the lighting. I don't want all of my shots to come out really yellow and look weird but I'm not sure how to color balance it. Should i manually balance by taking a picture of a white card in the room and balance to that? or should I just push the color?

Or should i just saw screw it and deal with my color in post?

Thanks for the advice.

Edit:

Here is a picture of what the yellow looks like

It's in the "red" zone, so to speak, so you could try white balancing in that room, which will likely result in at least a somewhat more natural tone, but this will almost definitely involve some post work.

Thanks for the help guys. The shoot is my t2i and a couple of canon HV30s so i can manually white balance them all to a white card inside the room. This is a purely informative piece so if the color is left a little bit flat or doesn't pop that wont be a problem as long as people don't look like they should be on the set of the Simpsons.
