Anyone on Here doing anything with the Beyond the Still Contest On Vimeo Hosted By canon? I plan on shooting a Short for Chapter 4 and was wondering if Anyone in the Houston, Austin, San Antonion Area Was doing anything.... Lets Collaborate my fellow Texans!!

I'm from Houston... but I don't have any technical experience "yet". Would love to just be a part of it to see how things flow and maybe pick up a few things from you guys who've done it before. I'm more experienced in the creative thinking department...so maybe that can bring something to the table.

I am DPing a project right now but shooting doesnt start till mid may, so i have a little time between them.

Jordan and I have set up a meeting to brainstorm for an idea at my studio/house tomorrrow at noon. I'm down for a meet and greet but it's got to be during the day. We should have a script by tomorrow so if you want to participate in writing, be here tomorrow.

I agree. I'm working with Jordan Baylor on a story and then storyboards this afternoon at noon at my studio. Why don't you come by?
 
can i bring 1 or 2 guests? I have a team i'm trying to build.. and I think this would be some great visuals and hands on for them to see.
They are all visual and graphics major..so they wouldn't be completely lost.

hahahaha... i'm fat too... except I'm asian.
On a serious note, I'm usually not available until after 5:30. Can we meet some time after that? Even if it's another day.
 
yeah, we might have a story idea for this chapter by then, but we do have other chapters later on to collaborate on should it not work out this time.

I'm definitely still interested in letting them (myself included) see how you guys work.. even if we don't have any creative input for this one that you already have the idea for... perhaps we can shadow you guys one day on the shoot... and most definitely we can collaborate on the next chapter. Thoughts?
