How will this impact the Sony F3/Red Scarlet market?

I saw it and it's very intresting. Going back tomorrow to talk to R&D folks at BlackMagic Design. I have to say they are a nice bunch. This camera is crazy and I need to get my head around it. It's designed to grade with Reslove and interface with there products. The development is around around the software as opposed to the other way around.

I see it as a more powerful DSLR, nothing more, the real deal is handling SKEW, also no real Audio control, and no real body to hold onto, or standard PL mount... so again, just another DSLR but with a "raw" option.
