CineformHD link (Convert) crashes...

Cineform Aspect HD link (Convert) crashes on me unless I get the Capture Location setting right. It works fine if I Convert to the same location as the mxf files

I seem unable to find a way to HD Link "convert" files directly from my External HD to an Internal HD on my Desktop NLE. It means I am converting then coping the files. (Time wasteful with file redundancy)

My workflow is :

Shoot 720p to P2 Card and copy to External Drive in the field using P2 Genie in my laptop.

Then I want to Convert to Desktop Internal HD (<projectname> Capture Files Folder)

I am figuring that I have missed a setting somewhere.

You should be able to do exactly what you what, convert from external media to internal (or visa versa.) File a trouble ticket at www.cineform.com/support so we can help work through the problem.

I will do some more "tests" before I file a trouble ticket because I suspect it is something I am doing in error. Basically your app is working real well and I need to get the workflow right.
