Hi All,
Hoping to get some input about peoples experience processing Cine-D. Footage, ideally with the AC-90 but not necessarily. I shot a documentary last summer using the Cine-V setting and was very happy with the overall look and although I did do some colour correction in post I wanted to venture into Cine-D territory. I did my research and took the necessary steps like underexposing half-one stop,etc. What I'm wondering is, is using the colour correction tools in FCP X enough to pull out the best possible image? I've been using FCP X since its inception and have been happy with the colour options but am wondering if there is an extra step of processing required with Cine D that may be suited to another program (i.e. Resolve?) Anyways just hoping to get a sense of what peoples experiences have been with this scene file.
