Not sure if I posted this in the correct spot or not but...

If I were to be filming an action scene in the snow, while it is snowing, what white balance should I use? I tried filming last winter and the clip just looked flat. Am I better to use auto white balance, one of the custom setups on my camera or go with a full custom white balance? I am filiming with a T2i with the kits 18-55mm lens. Thanks.

Well... you should use whatever white balance makes white look... white. Since you're talking about snow, it's probably very overcast so you can try the "cloudy" preset. If that doesn't work, use a custom pre-set.

But what about your other footage looked flat? That doesn't usually have as much to do with white balance as it does picture profile and color correction/grading in post. Can you post a sample of what you didn't like?

Besides white balance, make sure you did adjust your exposure. Slightly overexpose so it doesnt show an outwashed more grey color.

Yep, I'd probably go with cloudy and go from there. T2i can also do a custom white balance from a reference image which may be useful in snow.
