Chlidren of Men look - not Presets but Post-Prod settings

Hi, in my scouring of the forum I came across a thread where someone suggested coming up with on-camera presets to mimic the Children of Men look.

That thread died 6 months ago, so I wanted to try approaching the issue from a different angle.

Assuming (at the worst case, flat out of the box A1) footage has been uploaded into your NLE, what would you do in post color-correction to achieve this look? What would you raise and lower, to what extremes?

I think it will look similar, you'd need to crash blacks and lower exposure, or lower pedestal. I have not tried that, but it should work more or less to simulate the look,
also I'd you cinegama 1 or 2

what NLE are you planning to do post with?

knowing this will make it easily for people to answer.

The NLE would be Final Cut Pro.
