which version of final cut pro did you use to create this trailer?

also, what camcorder, sequence settings, etc?
 
Hey thanks for the question. Latest version of Final Cut which is 7.something. Shot on the HVR-Z1U at 108050i sequence settings were HDV 108050i. The text at the beginning was created in Motion 4.
 
I just think starting with a dictionary definition is very cliche (how many high school term papers start like this) Why not just start with the footage?

As for the graphics themselves, they just look very early after effects user (i realized you used motion, but same point). Do we really need to watch 30 seconds of a basic text slate before this thing gets going?

And, from a design standpoint, why is Virulent not centered. It looks "off."
 
Thanks a lot I really appreciate the feedback. With regard to the using of a definition I guess that's a subjective thing. I liked it personally and will stick to it but I welcome the criticism.

Virulent itself should be centered it's just the font.

What about the writing makes it look early after effects in particular? Would love to hear some suggestions :)
