Cheapest way to attach a monitor

Hey,

I have the lilliput 7" monitor and am about to buy the indisystem ultracompact rig http://www.indisystem.com/products/ultra_compact I want to know what is the cheapest way to mount the monitor on that top/side handle. I have seen the noga arm but would rather not spend $110 to mount it. Let me know of any cheaper knockoffs or something.

Redrock Micromount, but try to find a retailer with the "old" pricing. Should be about $47 or so that way. I have it and it works fine.
