Cheap 10" HDMI LCD

Small addition about our 10.2" thing.

Got some further response.
Company seems to be wanting to redesign with LCD for our needs.
It requires time, of course.

focus assist, waveform, and vectorscope on one of those and I´m sold.

You must be joking, right?
This thing manufacturing cost is well below $100.
And monitors with vectorscope start at $1600 :-)
Why? Because they use costly chips and extremely low volume production.
I'll prefer good 1280x720 S-IPS screen, sun hood, 1:1 one button mode.

is there any update on this vitaliy? im buying the gh2 as soon as its available and will need a monitoring option. 130 bucks sure is cheap - id def be willing to pay more if it has the above specs

I got the Lilput and when talk is "the best around for the price" that doesn't mean it's usefull. Actually, I found it completely useless even back in the HV30 days. The lack of flip screen on the Canon's could _possibly_ justify buying crap like this for framing, but seriously... if you buy this kinda stuff you are obviously not interested in having a usefull tool but rather make your rig look cool. Yeah, truth stings...

People have different opinions, but to me the lilliput gives me a far better picture compared to what the attached flip screen on my hmc151 does, it looked "crap" attached to my dvx100, on the Gh1 it is a non starter even if Vitaly succeds in implementing live hdmi in the GH1.
Conclusion, it is difficult to generalize the performance of these components with different combination.

If i may ask, what is the advantage of the internal battery?
So far i think the different manufacture adapter solution implemented by lilliput is the best solution, using the battery we already have and buy an adapter.
